Ricky Davis wants to play in Europe next season

Ricky Davis has finished the season in Turkey with Turk Telekom, where he landed months ago after being waived by the Los Angeles Clippers. The 30-year-old forward has averaged 14.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in the TBL. Davis is already now looking for a new contract in Europe, ruling out to try to play again in the NBA.

The Chicago Bulls have indirectly contacted Phil Jackson to gauge his interest in returning to the franchise. Sarunas Jasikevicius could be closer to be back to Maccabi Tel Aviv. The 34-year-old Lithuanian guard could agree to earn half his current salary in Panathinaikos to return to Maccabi, where he played between 2003 and 2005. The Israeli team wants also to land former player Lior Eliyahu, and is waiting for the resolution of his contract with Caja Laboral, in case the Israeli forward and the Spanish team part ways at the end of the season. Maccabi is also looking for a center. Kosta Perovic is closer to stay in Power Electronics Valencia after the departure of the coach Neven Spahija, so the new target is Joel Freeland. The 23-year-old British center, drafted in 2006 by the Portland Trail Blazers, is playing in Unicaja.

The Guaiaqueríes de Margarita have found two replacements for the guard Kelvin Peña and the forward Evan Brock, both injured. Krzyzstof Szubarga could have an offer from Italy

Krzyzstof Szubarga, point guard of Anwil Wloclawek and the Polish national team, could have an offer from Italy to play in the Lega next season. According to the Polish media, Szubarga would earn 500.000 zlotys (121.000 euros) next season if he accepts the offer. The 25-year-old guard, who arrived this season to Anwil, is averaging 11.4 points and 6.7 assists in the PLK.

Will McDonald, to leave Gran Canaria 2014

The second stint of Will McDonald in Gran Canaria 2014 seems to be over. The coach of the team, Pedro Martinez, is disappointed with the 30-year-old American center, and has opened the exit door to McDonald, who arrived last summer from Caja Laboral. McDonald also played for Gran Canaria in the 2004-05 season.
