Khimki slams rumours about Keith Langford moving to Virtus Bologna next year

According to Italian media, Keith Langford could be back next season to Virtus Bologna, where the 26-year guard played last season. His current team, Khimki, slammed quickly the rumor considering Langford a very important player, through the player's agent is asking for a salary increase for his player.

Rimantas Grigas leaves Budivelnik, and could be the next Zalgiris coach

Rimantas Grigas has decided not to come back to Ukraine to coach Budivelnik, officially for family circumstances. Budivelnik is currenly in the first place in the Ukrainian league. Grigas, though, is rumored to take control of Zalgiris Kaunas, currently coached by Darius Maskoulinas after the resignation of Ramunas Butautas.

Obras Sanitarias and Pepe Sánchez part ways

Pepe Sánchez is no longer player of Obras Sanitarias. Veteran guard was signed by Argentinian team after spending 13 years out of his country, playing in the NBA and for the top teams of Spain, but has agreed with Obras Sanitarias the buy-out of the contract. In 9 games in the LNB, Sánchez averaged 4.8 points and 6.1 assists.

Miami Heat sign Kenny Hasbrouck to a 10-day contract

As expected, Miami Heat signed guard Kenny Hasbrouck to a 10-day contract to fill the void of Rafer Alston, suspended for the rest of the season. The NBA franchise has called up former Siena player from D-League, where Hasbrouck was averaging 16.9 points, 2.9 assists and 2.4 rebounds for Rio Grande Valley Vipers after being acquired weeks ago.

Libertad de Sunchales signs Fabricio Vay

Libertad de Sunchales has brought back to Argentina center Fabricio Vay. 23-year-old player left Arenas de Córdoba in 2003 to play in Spain, and has played in Europe and the D-League since then. This season, Vay has played for Hungarian team PVSK Pannonpower Pecs, averaging 13.9 points and 7.3 rebounds in 12 games.

Union Olimpija signs Jure Lalic

Union Olimpija have signed Jure Lalic for the rest of the season. Croatian center, who started the season in Belgium with Spirou Charleroi, will help the team to fill the void left by Uros Slokar and Vladimir Golubovic. Lalic is back to the Adriatic League after spending five years in KK Zadar.
