Houston Rockets send David Andersen to Toronto Raptors in exchange of a second-round pick

The Houston Rockets and the Toronto Raptors are close to reach to an agreement that would send David Andersen to the Canadian franchise in exchange of a second-round pick and cash considerations. The 31-year-old Australian center was signed to a three-year, $7.5 million contract by the Rockets last summer, when he arrived from Regal Barcelona. Last season, Andersen averaged 5.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

UPDATE: The deal is now official
