Power Electronics Valencia could be interested in David Blatt to replace Neven Spahija

Power Electronics Valencia is considering several names to replace Neven Spahija, the coach of the team until days ago. Another name, according to the Greek media, is David Blatt, who is reported to be in talks with Aris Thessaloniki to extend his contract for two more years. Blatt is represented by the same agent, Gorka Arrinda, of the two last head coaches of Valencia, Fotis Katsikaris and Neven Spahija. If Blatt is signed to take over Valencia, the ACB rules would force him to leave the Russian national team before starting the season. Aris Thessaloniki is already tracking the market in case the Greek team has to hire a replacement for Blatt, with Giannis Sfairopoulos, from Kolossos Rhodes, and Georgios Bartzokas, from Maroussi, as the two first candidates.
