Ludwigsburg could be blocking the transfer of Richard Chaney to the Cangrejeros de Santurce

The Cangrejeros de Santurce is still waiting for the transfer of his new acquisition, Richard Chaney. The former team of the American player, EnBW Ludwigsburg, could be blocking the legal document that would allow Chaney to play in Puerto Rico. The forward is waiting in the United States while the situation gets fixed.
