Amaré Stoudamire to Minnesota for Ricky Rubio's rights?

According to ESPN Insider, Phoenix would inquire for Ricky Rubio's rights to Minnesota in exchange of Amaré Stoudamire. David Kahn, GM of Minnesota, has been reluctant in the past to trade the rights for the top European prospect, but the chance of getting an All-Star would make him change his mind.
